Do you build tooling for parts you don't already make?

Yes. Custom dies, fixtures and welding jigs for sheet metal parts are our tool room's daily work — send the drawing and we quote the tool and the part together.

How fast can you build a die for a sheet metal part?

Typical die build is 3–4 days for simpler dies and 2–3 weeks for complex ones, from drawing approval. Because the tool is built and corrected at our own bench, sample rounds don't wait on an outside toolmaker.

What makes the pricing cost-effective?

We review the drawing for cost to make before tooling — material, operations, which features need a tool — and quote the die against the production run it will serve.

What formats can I send?
